Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. All orders within the EU with a total value of €250 or more qualify for free standard shipping.

Is shipping insured?

Standard shipping is not insured.
Optional coverage can be added for €10.

What happens if I don’t choose insurance?

Orders without additional coverage are processed at the customer’s risk.

Where are orders delivered?

Orders are fulfilled within the European Union using our standard delivery method. Orders outside the EU are also delivered via our standard process.
